DINNERS
Intimate, invitation-only gatherings for twelve women centered around one question. Each dinner brings thoughtful women together to share insight, speak honestly, and engage in meaningful conversation. There is no formal agenda. The evening unfolds through the conversation itself.
SALONS
Our salons are intimate gatherings for women who have reached the point where recognition is no longer the issue. The truth is already clear. What remains is the decision. Each salon centers on a structured conversation that begins with a single idea or question drawn from the Said It Out Loud body of work and moves toward clarity. These gatherings are not about advice or performance, but about articulating what is already known and considering what it means to say it out loud.
THE SIOL LOUNGE
Our conference activations are designed for small-group sessions within larger events. Each lounge begins with a single prompt that opens the conversation, after which the authority shifts to the participants. The space is designed for candid dialogue, shared insight, and the kind of truth that surfaces when women are given the room to speak for themselves.
DECISION LABS
Launching in 2027. These are intensive workshops designed for women who are ready to examine, define, and architect their next decision with clarity and intention.
